Cardinal’s (and partner, Knee Center for the Study of Occupational Regulation) latest research project on the scope of occupational licensing in West Virginia compared to Ohio and Pennsylvania was featured in a column by Forbes columnist, Adam Millsap. Drawing on Cardinal and the Knee Center’s research, Dr. Millsap makes a very strong case that West Virginia’s burdensome, expensive licensing regime stifles West Virginia’s entrepreneurs and economy.
